We welcome you to come out and join us at Muay Thai Boxing of Phoenix, AZ. We must warn you however, that if you are looking for a big, fancy gym that offers laid-back training: This is the wrong place. We are not big or fancy, but instead offer you the best training anywhere in Arizona.

If you want to train like a fighter, train with a real fighter. Always ask how many fights has the trainer had before you make a decision to train with.

Paul Metayo "Pon in Thai" began fighting in Thailand at the age of 13 and continued fighting there until the age of 19. He began to teach Muaythai in 1991 and promote Muaythai events in 1996. Ajarn Paul Metayo holds a fighting record of 93-11. |
